“Not clean , uncomfortable beds”

“We had a delightful stay at La Posada. The hotel is vintage, so be prepared for stairs instead of elevators and old style bathrooms, but everything is cleaned and well maintained. The decor is a wonderful variety of art and furniture. The food at the Turquoise Room was excellent. Staying here was an experience and we were smiling the whole time. Don’t miss the gardens and the museum.”

“- Listing stated that check in time is at 4 PM when we got there @4 pm , the office was closed for the day and we did not have any chick in instructions .”

“The check-in experience was a bit troublesome. I arrived late at night, the front desk assigned me the wrong room, which required me to go back and forth to update my key card. After I was unable to open the door again, a staff member accompanied me upstairs and opened the room and then we found this one was already occupied. I hope this didn’t alarm the guest inside. The room I was finally assigned had stained sheet. Other than these issues, everything else was fine. I hope the hotel can……
